If the customer does not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, they must immediately discontinue the use of the website and refrain from placing any orders.
The seller reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The seller delivers products through contracted logistics providers, including but not limited to GLS, DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx, postal operators, freight carriers, and other transportation partners.
The seller reserves the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method for each order.
Estimated delivery times displayed on the website are indicative only and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
Delivery times may vary due to:

- supplier delays;

- strikes;
- transportation disruptions.

- degradation;
- connectivity issues;
- software bugs;
- hardware malfunctions.
The customer acknowledges these risks as part of ownership and operation of robotic lawn mowers and related products.
